B&M Retail are currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join our brand new team for our store opening in Alnwick! These are part-time positions working in our Customer Service, Replenishment and Shop Floor departments.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the heart of our stores and will ensure our customers have a great experience. Whether you are replenishing stock on the shop floor or delivering great customer service at the checkouts, no two days are the same!

We’re big on personality and attitude - experience in a fast-paced retail environment or customer service is a bonus, but not essential.
