We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Profit Protection team based at our Support Centre in Blackpool.

This is a full-time role (40 hours, Monday to Friday) and is ideal for an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys working at pace and supporting a busy operational team.

Why This Role?

This role has been created to support increased demand within the Profit Protection department. You’ll play a key part in keeping processes running smoothly, supporting security operations and helping the team stay compliant and well organised.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date

  • Support the recruitment and vetting process for security personnel

  • Coordinate and manage security staff rosters, ensuring effective coverage

  • Manage daily maintenance queries, liaising with multiple contractors and internal teams

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider Profit Protection department as required

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise effectively and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong administration experience with good attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams

  • A proactive approach with the confidence to use initiative and solve problems

  • Able to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks and stay organised under pressure
