We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Profit Protection team based at our Support Centre in Blackpool.
This is a full-time role (40 hours, Monday to Friday) and is ideal for an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys working at pace and supporting a busy operational team.

This role has been created to support increased demand within the Profit Protection department. You’ll play a key part in keeping processes running smoothly, supporting security operations and helping the team stay compliant and well organised.
What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date

Support the recruitment and vetting process for security personnel

Coordinate and manage security staff rosters, ensuring effective coverage

Manage daily maintenance queries, liaising with multiple contractors and internal teams

Provide general administrative support to the wider Profit Protection department as required
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise effectively and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders.
Essential skills and experience:

Strong administration experience with good attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams

A proactive approach with the confidence to use initiative and solve problems

Able to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks and stay organised under pressure
