Supply Chain Administrator – The Vault Distribution Centre, Speke
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

We’re looking for a detail orientated, self-motivated Transport Administrator to join our Distribution Centre in Speke, Liverpool.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in a key operational area, which plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.
What you’ll be doing
As a Transport Administrator, you will be supporting our Transport Team to ensure that deliveries to and from the warehouse are made on time, and correctly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of Transport bookings and support delivery scheduling with warehouses and third-party couriers.
- Maintain accurate system records of inbound shipments and inventory movements
- Support the preparation, gathering and checking of documentation required for customs clearance
- Assist with tracking shipments and resolving any discrepancies
- Provide admin support using Excel
- Liaising with internal departments
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who has strong administration skills. You should be able to complete sometimes complex documentation accurately, and in a timely manner. We are looking for a “can do” attitude and will provide full training to the successful candidate.
You’ll need to have:
- A basic understanding of Supply Chain, logistics or administration processes is preferred, but not essential.
- Be able to use Excel, or be willing to learn
- Have a strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation and system inputs
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to communicate with colleagues and external contacts of all seniority
